As a group – complete the Gap analysis for your organisation. Take 15 minutes for this – you will need to work efficiently.

Don’t get bogged down on detail. It’s ok to have differing opinion, just move on if this occurs.

Be creative, use your imagination and experience of similar type organisations you have seen.

Summarise and present to the class in 3-5 minutes. Do not read each question, but rather highlight any notable points made.
